- I just recently lost 30 pounds and I gave myself chocolate (1/4 cup of frozen M&M's) for every day I made it to the gym or took a 3-mile walk. The gym and the walks made me lose the weight, not the chocolate.

- Call me cynical, but I'm sensing that the producers of AGT were falsely trying to recreate a touching moment from the UK's "IT factor" last year; which has been preserved on YouTube for posterity. Last night's AGT version appeared staged. The similarities were too close.
